Warwick Kindergarteners and their parents recently received school bus safety training and orientation prior to the start of school. Each elementary school principal, learning facilitator(s), and the district's transportation director met with parents and the new Kindergarteners to provide information about bus safety and answer questions.

The first day of school for Kindergarteners is Friday, September 7, 2012.

Kindergarteners were given a hands-on opportunity to practice the rules as they boarded a "real" school bus (some for the first time) and took a short ride that also quelled some fears.
