Position:Director of Human Resources Email: mleidich@warwicksd.org Education: Mr. Leidich received his bachelor's of arts degree in social work from Kutztown University, and his MBA in human resources from Alvernia College in Reading, PA. Before joining the staff at Warwick, Mr. Leidich worked at Bethany Children's Home in Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania. There he served in a variety of roles, including: Director of Human Resources, Director of Home Life, and as a social worker. Mr. Leidich is excited about his role for the district.   "Having had the opportutnity to meet so many dedictated staff members of the district - I have come to truly respect what takes place here.  The students of Warwick are afforded a wonderful education and it is apparent that they are succeeding."    Mr. Leidich resides with his wife and two teenage children in Sinking Spring, PA.
