Miss Kefer became the librarian at Kissel Hill Elementary in 2018. She grew up in Lancaster County, graduating from Lampeter-Strasburg High School in 2010. She went on to study English at Kutztown University, but later realized her love of learning and literature was better shared in a library setting. She studied Library Science with a concentration in school libraries and is now a certified K-12 librarian. It is Miss Kefer's goal to inspire a passion for reading and lifelong learning. The best part of her job is getting to work with every Kissel Hill student and seeing their growth from kindergarten through 6th grade!
