Mr. Cuevas comes to Warwick after 15 years teaching science in the Reading School district. He attended Millersville and the University of Virginia where he completed his masters in education. Mr. Cuevas also attended Oxford University in the summer of 2023 to obtain a masters certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education from Albright College. As a certified 7-12 grade educator, he provides instruction in astronomy, meteorology, biology, wildlife management, and earth and space science.
Aside from his teaching career, Mr. Cuevas is a USPTA certified tennis instructor and has coached 28 seasons of girl's and boy's high school tennis at Wilson High School in West Lawn, PA. He is the former owner of Anchor Down Tennis, LLC, an independent tennis contractor.
Mr. Cuevas is looking forward to bringing his knowledge of science and his motto that 'experience changes expectation' into the classroom.
