Hello! My name is Julia Barley. I am originally from Montoursville, Pennsylvania. I moved to Lancaster County in August of 2020 to be with my husband, Ethan. I completed my undergrad at Bloomsburg University studying Early Childhood education with a minor in Special Education. After completing my undergrad, I went on to receive my Masters for Instructional Technology through Wilkes Unversity. Before teaching at Kissel Hill, I taught kindergarten for one year within the Williamsport Area School District.
When I am not teaching, I love to be with my husband, Ethan and our dog, Thome! We love to spend most of our time outdoors hiking, kayaking, or traveling around. We also love spending time with our family and friends here in Lancaster and in Montoursville.
