Welcome to my website! I am Mr. Lee Walter. I am graduate student from Kutztown University where I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2012. Prior to Kutztown, I earned my bachelors degree in Psychobiology, from Albright College in 2007. I have been a 7th Grade Life Science Teacher since 2013 here at Warwick MS. Prior to Warwick I have taught 7th Grade Life Science, 8th Grade Physical Science, 10th Grade Biology, co-taught a Life Skills class at Albright College, and worked as an one-on-one aide in a High School Life Skills classroom.
Becoming a teacher has always been a goal of mine ever since I was young and I still feel fortunate to have realized that goal. My teaching experiences in my career have been wonderfully rewarding and fulfilling. It is a career I wake up into every day excited about what it will hold.
I have been the Science Olympiad coach for Warwick MS since 2013 and for Warwick HS since 2020. I have been the Bible Study Supervisor for Warwick MS since 2013.
My favorite species is the Ailurus fulgens, or Red Panda, and wish they were more economically affordable.
As for my teaching philosophy, it is simple. I strongly believe and expect excellence from my students, as long as honesty and effort are the prerequisites. I believe that expectations are the key to success, and that success is measured by the individual's standard of growth.
