I attended Millersville University and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Broadcast Communications. After graduation, I spent 5 years working as the PSA Director for WGAL Television in Lancaster, Pa. before returning to Millersville to obtain my teaching certification in English. I enjoyed my time working for the station and I love sharing my previous life experience with my students.
In my spare time, I am an avid reader and my yearly goal is to read 100+ books every year. I have two children in the district, Sammy (3rd grade) and Alex (1st grade). I am a huge fan of all things "Harry Potter," "Lord of the Rings," "Doctor Who," "Sherlock" and more. I also love to travel, and have been to several countries throughout Europe.
