Hello! Welcome to our class page! My name is Mrs. Futer and I am the high school MDS teacher. We have a wonderful team of teachers, assistants, and related services that push into our classroom on a daily and/or weekly basis. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. I graduated from Alvernia University in 2011 with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special education. Since then, I completed my Master's Degree in Education at Wilkes University and obtained an Assistive Technology Certification through Bowling Green State University. We put great emphasis on communication, independence, integration and participation within the community and transition during the course of the school day. This is my 13th year teaching special education but my sixth year at Warwick High School.
Outside of taking classes and teaching, I live in the Lititz community with my wonderful family! We enjoy boating, camping, and completing remodeling projects around the house.
