Business Office Generalist





Warwick School District is seeking qualified applicants for a 12-month Business Office Generalist effective as soon as the selected candidate is available.  Position responsibilities include assisting in the financial and accounting processes, coordinating the collection of real estate taxes, collecting data and managing billing relative to Medical Assistance, and general support of the Business Office and Student Services areas.


The selected candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability deal courteously and tactfully with district personnel, students and the public and must have a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.  The candidate should have a sound financial background.  Any experience in the areas of Medical Assistance, tax billing/collection, data processing or financial reporting and with associated software applications competencies, Google Drive, or advanced spreadsheets preferred but not required.


Medical examination, tuberculin test, federal and state criminal record checks and child abuse history clearance are required prior to employment.
