FBLA Members Attend State Leadership Conference

Warwick High School was represented at the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) State Leadership Conference on November 4 and 5 at the Penn State Conference Center in State College, PA. During the two-day conference, ten Warwick students participated with approximately 800 students from high schools throughout Pennsylvania to collaborate in multiple interactive leadership development activities and workshops.

In the “Entrepreneurship Workshop”, Warwick students competed against 10 other teams in a “Shark Tank” format and received second place recognition for their proposal and presentation of a business concept titled “Food for You”.

In the Dodge Ball tournament between 50 school teams, Warwick students took third place honors in an intense double-elimination tournament hosted at Bellefonte High School.

Twenty-five FBLA students are now preparing to attend the Regional Competitive events to be held in December at Garden Spot High School.
