Last week, members of the Warwick High School Football team gathered canned goods, holiday food items, turkeys, and pies to box up and deliver to local families in need this holiday season. The team took time after school to organize all the food that was donated and organize into each box.
This has become a football team tradition since 2010, and this year they put together 14 boxes — the most they've done so far.
What a great way for the Warwick student-athletes to give back to their community.
The district would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday.
