High School Band Students to Represent Warwick in Upcoming Festivals


Warwick High School will have a number of band students representing the district at upcoming band festivals.  


Congratulations to the musicians who qualified for the 2019 LLMEA County Band festival: 

Akash Banerjee (11th Grade), James Barnes (12th Grade), Sarah Beatty (11th Grade), Emma Butts (9th Grade), Asher Christner (12th Grade), Josiah Christophel (11th Grade), Hope Davis (10th Grade), Matias Pilarte (9th grade), Amelia Fair (12th Grade), John Grisbacher (10th Grade), Madeline Grisbacher (12th Grade), Kerri Hahn (9th Grade), Lauren Waltz (9th Grade). 


The festival will be held at Garden Spot High School on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 starting at 5 p.m.  


Warwick also had three students qualify to the PMEA District 7 Lower Band, they are Kerri Hahn (9th Grade), Akash Banerjee (11th Grade), and James Barnes (12th Grade).  This event will take place at Lancaster Mennonite High School on Friday, January 25th and Saturday, January 26th starting at 7:30 p.m.  


Four students will attend the LVC Honors Band on Friday, February 1st and Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 at the Blair Music Center starting at 7 p.m.  The students representing Warwick are Madeline Grisbacher (12th Grade), James Barnes (12th Grade), Josiah Christophel (11th Grade), Braden Buckwalter (11th Grade).
