Independent 2D/3D Studio is designed for the highest performing art students who are planning on furthering their art education after high school. Students will work on a contractual basis with a teacher in the art department to create a cohesive body of work through independent exploration into a certain media or theme. Students will create a portfolio of their work to be displayed in the school and/or public, and will be graded based on the criteria established with the coordinating teacher.
Prior to signing up for this course, students should communicate with the collaborating art teacher in order to establish an understanding of expectations.
