Hello, my name is Kara Reynolds, and I just recently started at Warwick in September, 2021 as a Behavior Specialist for the district. Before I started at Warwick, I worked at Wellspan Philhaven Center for Autism for 9 years in Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). During this time I worked as a Behavior Consultant and worked with individuals ranging from 3 to 16 years of age. My work at CADD was diverse in that I worked in homes, schools, and communities in order to support staff, families, and colleagues working with each individual on my caseload. Another important aspect of the role was creating treatment plans to increase social skills, functional living skills, and functional communication skills. During this time, I also worked towards obtaining both my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Messiah College and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in autism through Ball State University. I am currently a Licensed Behavior Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Nationally Certified Counselor through the state of Pennsylvania.
I love traveling when I can, enjoy adventurous activities such as snowboarding, and spending time with my family. So thankful and excited to be a part of the Warwick team/community.
