Please send all signed attendance slips, doctor's notes, etc. to wmsattendance@warwicksd.org. All notes MUST be signed by a parent or guardian. We recommend taking a picture of the note and then emailing the picture to the attendance secretary.
You may also send notes with your student to drop off in the Middle School main office.
