Hello, my name is Jessica Richardson, and started working at Warwick in September 2025 as a Behavior Specialist for the district. I primarily support Bonfield Elementary and Warwick High School. Before I started at Warwick, I worked at another local school district as Behavior Consultant for three years. My family moved to Lancaster, PA in 2022 from Rochester, NY where I grew up. Back in Rochester, I was a Behavior Specialist for four years at an inclusive school for students with a variety of special needs. Recently, my family moved to Lititz and I have have twin girls who now attend Lititz Elementary. I am so excited to my have girls involved with our wonderful district! I am currently a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania and New York, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
I love spending time with my family, including our two Boston Terriers. I love reading, shopping, coffee and going to the beach. I love working at Warwick and I'm excited for another great year!
