The 2026-2027 school year will be Dr. Szobocsan's fourth year as Assistant Superintendent and his thirteenth school year at Warwick. He previously served as the Acting Superintendent, Director of Secondary Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, as the principal of Warwick Middle School for over six school years, and as an assistant principal at the high school. He thoroughly enjoys being a part of the amazing team and community at Warwick.
Prior to coming to Warwick, he was an administrator and teacher in the Lower Dauphin School District in Dauphin County.
Dr. Szobocsan resides in Lititz with his wife, Kristy, and their children. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching his children compete/perform, and participating in sports.
