Meet the Board of Directors

Mrs. Emily Zimmerman, President

Mrs. Zimmerman is the proud wife and mother of three children. She is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. She has taught Special Education at Warwick, Red Lion, and Manheim Township Middle Schools. She also supports her family’s home construction business. She enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, watching sports, decorating, attending community and church events, word games/puzzles, and dogs—all the dogs! She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Warwick Community as a School Board Member.

Mr. Scott Landis, Vice President

Mr. Landis grew up in Lititz and was a Warwick graduate, Class of 1979. He received his undergraduate degree at Millersville University and his degree in law from Dickinson School of Law. He has been a practicing lawyer in Lancaster for 30 years where he practiced mainly in general business law, commercial lending, intellectual property, and software licensing. He currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Brunnerville. His interests include baseball, traveling, music, and history. Mr. Landis has enjoyed working with the staff, administration, and his fellow board members in serving the Warwick School District since he was appointed to the board in May of 2022. He looks forward to continuing this service as an elected board member for the next four years.

Mr. Bill Breault

Mr. Breault is serving a four-year term.

Mr. Mike Brown

Mr. Brown is a Conestoga Valley graduate of the Class of 1986 where he played football and baseball. He graduated from West Chester in 1990 with a degree in Health and Physical Education where he was captain of the football team. He taught football and baseball for three years at Conestoga Valley and began teaching at Warwick in 1994 where he spent 14 years at the High School and 15 years at the Middle School. In his time at Warwick, he coached football for eight years and baseball for 15 years, including nine years when he was the head coach. He retired from teaching last summer and has been enjoying time at the beach where he loves to fish (but doesn’t like seafood!).

Mr. Jim Koelsch

Mr. Koelsch is serving a four-year term.

Mrs. Angie Lingo

Mrs. Lingo lives with her husband and their five children aged 1st through 10th grade. She led a successful career in Sales Management, but after becoming a mom her priorities shifted to service within her home and community. Prior to becoming a member of the Board, Mrs. Lingo served on the Library Materials Review Committee for the school district. She has also coached Girls on the Run at Bonfield Elementary, is a member of the Lititz Youth Soccer Club Board, and coached soccer for a local team where she was recently appointed as the Equipment Director for the club. She enjoys music, dance parties with her kids, and spicy food. She is looking forward to serving Warwick on the School Board.

Mrs. Amy Martin

Mrs. Martin is a Director of Sales in the Outdoor Living Industry. She enjoys helping people see more potential and watching people grow in their roles. She has served on the PAC for Middle and High School for the last few years and has enjoyed the opportunity to get to know more parents and be able to give feedback from a parent perspective. She has three kids currently in the district, so school in all aspects is a huge part of her life. She looks forward to serving the community in this role and to collaborating with others to make our schools the best they can be for kids and for the opportunity to guide the next generation of leaders.

Mr. Reggie Weaver

Mr. Weaver has been married since 2009 and currently has two kids in the district. He is a Warwick graduate of the Class of 2004. He has worked in Sales and Estimating for the past 12 years. He has an appreciation for the trades and is happy to see the CTC revitalize young people’s interest in trades. He has a passion for the outdoors, hunting, and cars, including car detailing. He is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the Warwick School Board as a way to serve the community.

Mr. Dan Woolley

Mr. Woolley has been married to his wife for 35 years and together they have five children. He is a Warwick graduate of the Class of 1982. He attended Gettysburg College for a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is currently working as a District Sales Manager. He values spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys family vacations to the beach, he loves to read, and he considers himself a lifelong learner. His work as a District Sales Manager and his involvement in various volunteer organizations has given him experience in leadership, teamwork, and service. He’s looking forward to serving the community as a part of the board.
