Welcome back for another school year at Warwick! We’d like to take some time to introduce our new Instructional and Administrative Staff members.
Dr. Steve Szobocsan, Acting Superintendent
Dr. Szobocsan has served as the High School Assistant Principal, the Middle School Principal, the Director of Secondary Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and an Assistant Superintendent all within Warwick School District. Additionally, he worked as an Elementary Health and Physical Education Teacher, a Dean of Students, and a Middle School Assistant Principal at Lower Dauphin prior to coming to Warwick. This is his 19th year in education and his 11th year serving at Warwick School District.
Adrienne Howe, Assistant Principal at Warwick High School
Mrs. Howe previously served as the Vice-Principal at Lancaster Catholic School District. She has worked in education for 14 years.
Megan Demianovich, Director of Student Services
Before moving into this role, Mrs. Demianovich worked at Warwick as a High School School Psychologist for 8.5 years and then served as the Coordinator of Student Services for 1.5 years. Additionally, she worked in elementary and middle school teaching positions in both Philly and York. She has spent 15 years in education.
Kirstin Loperena, Coordinator of Student Services
Prior to this new role, Mrs. Loperena worked as a High School Life Skills Teacher in the Ephrata Area School District and served as the Elementary Multiple Disabilities Teacher at John Beck Elementary. She has spent 12 years teaching.
Amanda Sprague, Coordinator of Student Services
Mrs. Sprague has Worked at Warwick since 2013 as a High School Learning Support Teacher and has spent the past 20 years in education.
