Natalie Strickler started her career with Warwick School District as a Home and School Visitor/School Social Worker in 2020. Prior to working at Warwick, Natalie was a Behavior Specialist and Outpatient Therapist at WellSpan's Center for Autism. Natalie works with students in grades K-12 who reside in the geographical areas of John R Bonfield Elementary School and Kissel Hill Elementary School. As a Home and School Visitor/School Social Worker, Natalie works to provide support to students and families by addressing social, emotional or basic needs that present barriers to school attendance and success. School Social Workers can help connect students and families to resources in the community related to food, clothing, housing, mental health supports, counseling, healthcare and other supports. Natalie enjoys working across the district and in the community to collaborate with organizations and individuals to support the needs of our students and families!
When not at work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, playing the piano or violin and trying new restaurants in the area. She and her spouse are actively involved in the local community promoting healthy and inclusive spaces for all individuals!
